2006 OFFICIAL IMPERIAL NGUYÊN FAMILY

CHRISTMAS MESSAGE

"MERRY CHRISTMAS
HAPPY NEW YEAR OF 2007
AND
DINH HOI OF 2007"

TO ALL VIETNAMESE CITIZENS

(IN EXILE) UNITED STATES OF AMERICA:  On the occasion of the very beautiful Christian festival of Christmas, celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, His Imperial Highness Prince NGUYÊN-PHUC Buu Chanh of Vietnam, Prince Regent of the Imperial Nguyen Dynasty of Vietnam sends greetings to ALL Vietnamese citizens of our Diaspora, spread to all corners of the World, and wishes one and all a safe and very happy time of celebration.

The Prince Regent once again accuses the Vietnamese communist authorities of corruption structured at ALL levels of their feeble government, and  denounces with vehemence the non-observance of individual human rights; that is the Freedom of Speech, the Freedom of Expression, the Freedom of Association, the Freedom of the Press, and the Freedom of Religious Worship.

It should be noted that citizen Siu Lul (a Degar Christian), was imprisoned, tortured, and murdered on the 24th of April of this year, at the prison facility at Ham Nan. His only crime was being a Christian. Sadly Siu Lul is just one of many, many Vietnamese citizens who have been imprisoned, tortured and murdered simply for their religious views. Vietnamese corrupt communist puppets take note...your crimes are widely recorded, and you are NOT anonymous. Your crimes against humanity are being recorded, AND with the names of all participants, AND the senior officer involved...THERE WILL BE A TIME OF RECKONING, AND YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE UNDER THE LAW !
THE IMPERIAL GRAND COUNCIL
THE IMPERIAL NGUYEN DYNASTY OF VIETNAM
THE UNITED INTERNATIONAL SUPREME COUNCIL FOR THE FREEDOM OF VIETNAM
(and South East Asia).

Washington DC 22 December 2006
His Imperial Highness Prince Regent NGUYEN PHUC Buu Chanh of Vietnam
Her Imperial Highness Princess Phan Lien
All Imperial Officials of Imperial Staff
and
The United International Supreme Council for the Freedom of Vietnam & South East Asia.

This year, the Imperial Nguyen Family has been at the forefront of the peaceful struggle and resistance against the communist tyranny that currently governs Vietnam. THE UNITED INTERNATIONAL SUPREME COUNCIL FOR THE FREEDOM OF VIETNAM (and South East Asia), was formed mid-year and acts as the umbrella for all peaceful resistance to the bloody communist regime currently occupying our Homeland. As well, the Imperial Nguyen Family have begun establishing Ambassadors and Delegates throughout the world, spreading the message of peaceful resistance. Peaceful resistance worked in Poland, and defeated the communists, and it will also work in Vietnam, of that fact there is no doubt.

In November, His Imperial Highness Prince Regent NGUYÊN-PHUC Buu Chanh of Vietnam was approached by several senior Vietnamese Army Officers (ARVN), with a request to reform the ancient
Imperial Guards Regiment of Vietnam to be made up of Veteran soldiers and their sons. The Prince Regent was delighted to re-establish this very proud, honorable, and traditional Imperial Vietnamese military Unit, and meetings were held in California in the United States. The Imperial Guards Regiment was re-established on the 7th of December by Imperial Patent, with His Imperial Highness Prince Regent NGUYÊN-PHUC Buu Chanh of Vietnam recognized as both Patron and also Imperial Protector. The Imperial Guards Regiment is currently made up of 8 Lu*~ Doa`n (Brigades) of Veterans, and each of these Brigades consists of 2,000 trained soldiers. A total of 16,000 Loyal and Brave Vietnamese War Veterans, who do Great Honor to the Imperial Nguyen Family.

His Excellency Colonel Ba Van Tran GCODA is appointed to the esteemed rank of Honorary Colonel of the Imperial Guards Regiment of Vietnam. His Excellency Colonel Ba, is a well known Vietnamese patriot who served for many years as the Colonel-In-Chief of the Imperial Guards Regiment of Vietnam. Colonel Ba has served the Imperial Nguyen Family of Vietnam for many, many, years and dedicated his entire life to the protection of His Majesty Emperor Bao Dai, and also the late Emperor's mother, Her Majesty, Dowager Empress Doan Huy Hoang Thi Hau Tu Cung. Colonel Ba, currently lives in exile, and resides in Virginia, in the United States of America. He served as the last Colonel-in-Chief of Emperor Bao Dai's Imperial Guards Regiment, and was based in the ancient Capital of Hue.

The appointment of His Excellency Colonel Ba Van Tran GCODA as Honorary Colonel of the Regiment provides important continuity of the Imperial Guards Regiment of Vietnam from the period in history of the Imperial Families rule in Vietnam, to this current time of sadness and Exile.
